Cat-n-Bird Winery

Cat-n-Bird Winery began in October 2013 after a blind set-up by common friends. From that point, the adventures began. Both being admirers of wine, we began making it at home. A fun leisure activity that we would impart to friends brought about solicitations to buy our wine, as it might have been "California" quality.

That is when we began to dream of one day potentially opening a winery. In October 2015, we formally progressed toward becoming Mr. and Mrs. Lyons and in April of 2016, bought a ranch home and property on Old Highway 280 in Chelsea, AL. That property would turn into the realization we had always wanted, snappier than we had ever imagined.
